Leader Assimilation 


The New Leader Assimilation process is a facilitated intervention designed to assist the new executive and leadership team accelerate the transition. 

In this process, the leader and team gain alignment on goals and direction, assess their organization’s internal management procedures, and reduce the natural anxieties arising from the transition.

​Executive Coaching

This one-on-one process involves several steps.  First, the coach, executive, and the exec’s boss meet to assess issues, and develop a coaching contract.  Second, the coach and executive gather data, analyze and provide feedback.  Based on the analysis, specific objectives and milestones are established and a Personal Development Plan is drawn up.  Next, the coach works intensively with the executive to develop the skills, techniques, and processes that will help the executive implement the Plan and succeed.

The First 90 Days


Whether they are onboarding or moving internally, extensive research shows that supporting leaders’ transitions improves their effectiveness. Using a series of tools, the coach and new leader work to develop and implement a Leadership Transition Plan.

Results: reduces the likelihood of derailment, accelerates time to performance, increases retention and engagement and mitigates risk to the enterprise.

Executive Assessment
