This highly experiential workshop explores techniques and builds skills in facilitating and managing meetings and group projects. Participants learn about the differences between a team and a work group, the stages of team development, and pressure points in groups. By participating and leading actual group work scenarios we review various intervention strategies and develop skills in idea generation, dealing with disruptive behaviors, and meeting management.
In this hands-on planning workshop, participants learn a process for leading a change initiative. Participants come in with a specific change initiative and apply models, techniques, and skills to planning the successful implementation of this project. This workshop helps participants look at change initiatives from various perspectives including: sponsors, stakeholders, vision, communication, resistance and to develop actionable plans, change behavior, and achieve positive implementation.
This practical "How to" course involves planning and delivering an effective business presentation. Participants explore techniques for structuring presentations, adapting to an audience, answering questions, use of visuals, aligning verbal and non-verbal behaviors. This workshop is highly experiential and feedback-intensive with video recording, playback, and one-on-one instructor coaching.
